Create a "how-to" video for existing Citi® Double Cash cardmembers, showing them that they can convert the cash rewards they've earned into ThankYou® Points.

The key objectives: 1) Generate awareness of this new functionality. 2) Educate on how to convert their cash rewards into points and how to use them.
